Job Description – Store Incharge

Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
Industry: Sports Manufacturing / Apparel

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and material movement. Prior experience handling fabrics is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inward and outward movement of materials and maintain accurate stock records.
Handle fabric inventory, including different fabric types, colours, GSM, rolls, and quantities.
Receive, inspect, and store fabrics and other raw materials properly.
Maintain stock registers and ensure timely stock updates in the system/Excel.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts teams for material requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, identification,



and preservation of fabrics and other materials.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortages.
Maintain proper documentation for all material receipts and issues.

Requirements:
Fabric store experience is mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in garment, apparel, textile, or sports manufacturing.
Valuable knowledge of different fabrics, fabric rolls, GSM, colours, and measurements.
Positive command of Excel and inventory management.
Solid attention to detail and stock accuracy.
Ability to manage store operations independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
