We are hiring an energetic Operations & Finance Manager (age 25–30, minimum 3 years experience) based in or near Chennimalai, Kangeyam, Perundurai, and Erode.

In this role, you will manage daily clothing production, raw material inventory, and vendor networks across the local textile corridor. You will also handle basic accounting and routine banking tasks—such as tracking expenses, making vendor payments, managing cash/cheque deposits, and organizing GST invoices. We are looking for a local professional who can take full ownership of our daily operations and keep our business organized, effective, and financially transparent.

Job Details
Position: Operations & Finance Manager
Location: Chennimalai / Kangeyam / Erode (Local candidates preferred)
Age Group: 25 – 30 years
Experience: Minimum 3 years (in textile production, garment sourcing, or business operations)
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or any degree)

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations & Textile Sourcing
Oversee stitching units, dyeing houses, and fabric suppliers across Chennimalai, Kangeyam, and the Erode textile belt.
Track raw materials (fabrics, buttons,



labels, packaging) and ensure timely delivery of finished garments.
Check output quality and manage daily production counts.
Accounts, Finance & Basic Banking
Maintain daily record-keeping for income, vendor payments, and bills.
Handle basic banking operations, including NEFT/RTGS transfers, cheque processing, cash flow monitoring, and bank reconciliation statements.
Track fabric purchasing costs and factory operational expenses.
Coordinate with our accountant for monthly GST filings and bills using Excel or accounting software (like Tally or Zoho Books).

Requirements
Must be living in or willing to travel daily within the Chennimalai / Kangeyam / Erode belt.
Good understanding of basic accounting and day-to-day banking processes.
Clear communication skills to manage local weavers, tailors, and suppliers.
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / MS Excel / Tally).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
