Job Overview

Harwell Global is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with positive knowledge of social media and digital media marketing. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, promoting the company brand, and supporting digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and other digital content.
Develop and execute social media and digital media strategies.
Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
Promote Harwell Global's brand across digital platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotional activities.
Monitor digital media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
Track social media and digital campaign performance and prepare reports.




Assist with paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and platform algorithms.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Digital Media Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Knowledge of Meta Ads and basic understanding of Google Ads.
Positive content creation and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools.
Creative mindset and ability to identify current digital trends.
Ability to analyze basic social media and digital marketing performance.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
