Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials, components, and equipment.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive procurement.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders as per approved requirements.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Sales, and Accounts for timely material availability.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments.
Ensure materials meet required quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
Maintain proper procurement records, vendor documents, and purchase-related reports.
Follow up with suppliers for pending orders, delays, replacements, and quality issues.
Support cost control, vendor performance evaluation, and continuous improvement in procurement processes.

What We Are Looking For
Experience in Procurement / Purchase,



preferably in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
Good knowledge of instrumentation products and technical components.
Ability to understand product specifications, technical requirements, and purchase documents.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in quotation comparison, price negotiation, and Purchase Order processing.
Valuable coordination skills with internal departments and external suppliers.
Robust follow-up, documentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and procurement-related software or ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
