Key Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, and other metals as required.
Read and understand engineering drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
Prepare, clean, and fit metal components before welding.
Set up welding machines and adjust current, voltage, and gas flow.
Ensure proper weld quality, strength, and finishing.
Inspect welded joints for cracks, porosity, and other defects.
Follow welding procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in positive working condition.
Follow workplace safety practices and 5S standards.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in TIG welding.
Knowledge of welding machines, electrodes, filler rods, and shielding gases.
Ability to perform accurate welding on thin sheets, pipes, or metal components.
Knowledge of basic fabrication techniques and welding inspection.
Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
