Assists the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, qualified, productive and versatile service at all times.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Valuable problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
