Job Responsibilities:
Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Manage OPD appointments, tokens, and patient flow.
Assist doctors and nursing staff during OPD consultations.
Guide patients and attendants regarding departments, investigations, and procedures.
Handle OPD files, prescriptions, reports, and other documentation.
Coordinate with reception, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Ensure the OPD area is organized and patients are attended to promptly.
Handle basic computer/data-entry work and hospital software.
Provide polite and qualified assistance to patients and attendants.
Eligibility:
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Hospital/OPD experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers may be considered depending on hospital requirements.
