Job Profile

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing IT profiles and helping with other HR-related activities.

Must have good hands-on English and Hindi, and local language will be an added advantage. Should be attentive and organized.

Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (mandatory)
Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills
Valuable communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Qualification & Skills
Proficient in use of MS Office and other tools




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Prerequisites
1–3 Years of IT Recruitment experience
IT Recruitment experience is mandatory
Good communication skills

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
