Job Summary

Kargeen Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic, well-mannered, and customer-focused Waiters / Servers to join our food and beverage service team. The ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them throughout their dining experience.
Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend dishes when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Respond to guest requests and handle complaints politely.
Set up tables and ensure proper table arrangements before service.
Transparent tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Follow restaurant service standards, hygiene procedures, and grooming policies.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.




Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
Work closely with the Restaurant Captain and F&B; Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or Steward is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant.
Strong teamwork and customer-service skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
