JOB OVERVIEW
We are hiring Email Support Executives responsible for handling customer queries through email and written communication channels.
This is a non-sales and non-target role focused on customer query resolution and service quality.
Candidates must have good written communication skills and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer queries via email and ticketing tools
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns
Maintain proper email etiquette and qualified communication
Ensure queries are resolved within defined TAT / SLA timelines
Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Positive written English communication required
Basic computer and typing knowledge
Ability to understand customer issues and provide proper resolution
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS
Prior experience in email or chat support process
Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
