Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers / Bancassurance professionals for Life Insurance roles across various bank branch locations in Chennai and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through Bancassurance and direct sales channels.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with bank customers and branch teams.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate leads through bank branch referrals and other sales activities.
Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely policy closure.
Coordinate regularly with bank branch staff and internal teams.




Maintain strong customer relationships and provide quality service.

Candidate Profile
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, BFSI, or Direct Sales.
Candidates with proven sales and target-achievement experience are preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Candidates available for immediate or short-notice joining are preferred.
