We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Expert with 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of domestic destinations and a passion for sales and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to domestic holiday packages
Design and customize travel itineraries based on client requirements
Promote and sell holiday packages to achieve sales targets
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel options, and pricing
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and operations
Stay updated on current travel trends, destinations,
and competitor offerings
Key Requirements
2–3 years of experience in travel sales / holiday consulting
Robust knowledge of domestic travel destinations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Ability to handle multiple customers and queries efficiently
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems
