Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Required Skills
Knowledge of mechanical tools and fitting equipment.
TI Fitter candidates with relevant plant maintenance experience preferred.
Carry out mechanical fitting, assembly, dismantling, and alignment of machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, valves, and conveyor systems.
Perform machine installation, fabrication, and mechanical adjustments.
Conduct regular inspection of equipment to identify potential failures.
Replace damaged mechanical parts and ensure proper machine functioning.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and report breakdown activities.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE during maintenance work.
Support plant shutdown maintenance and equipment overhauling activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
