Dispatch Executive

Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive with robust knowledge of Tally Prime and hands-on experience in dispatch and inventory-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily inward and outward entries.
Prepare and manage job work challans.
Handle purchase and sales entries.
Manage accounting and inventory-related vouchers in Tally Prime.
Maintain proper dispatch and stock records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely entries.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of relevant experience.
Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime.
Hands-on experience in inward/outward, job work challan, purchase and sales entries.
Good knowledge of accounting and inventory vouchers.
Experience in the Steel Industry is preferred.
Experience in the Stainless Steel Industry will be an added advantage.
Positive coordination and documentation skills.
