Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and ambitious Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is an energetic communicator with a proven knack for negotiation and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify current sales leads through cold calling, networking, emails, and market research.
Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients to understand their needs, pitch our products/services, and present customized solutions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, track daily sales activities, and update CRM records accurately.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle client negotiations, address objections, and successfully close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to spot new growth prospects.
Client Retention: Foster long-term, positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven work experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Soft Skills: Active listener, resilient under pressure, and highly organized with good time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
