Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas as per hotel cleanliness and brand standards.
Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and room supplies.
Ensure proper presentation of guest rooms, including furniture, fixtures, amenities, and other room essentials.
Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and any missing or damaged items; report discrepancies to the Floor Supervisor.
Follow the prescribed procedures for occupied rooms, departure rooms, vacant rooms, and Do Not Disturb (DND) rooms.
Handle guest belongings, lost and found items, and hotel property responsibly in accordance with hotel policies.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantries, trolleys, and equipment.
Use cleaning chemicals, tools,



and equipment safely and as per standard operating procedures.
Follow hygiene, health and safety, security, and environmental sustainability practices.
Report maintenance defects, safety hazards, and unusual activities to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain skilled grooming, personal hygiene, and courteous behaviour at all times.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Adhere to hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and service quality requirements.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
