*Manage end-to-end HR operations from onboarding to employee exit.
*Handle monthly payroll inputs/coordination with payroll/finance team.
*Handle frontline employees, employee grievances
*Drive manpower planning, workforce budgeting etc
Required Candidate profile
*6–8 years of relevant HR experience with solid exposure to end-to-end HR operations.
Should have independently handled Payroll, Exits, Manpower Budgeting, Frontline Handling, and Employee Relations.
