Role & responsibilities

Maintain daily income and expense records.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and bills.

Track client payments and outstanding amounts.

Manage vendor payments and purchase records.

Calculate GST, discounts, and project costs.

Maintain Excel sheets and financial reports.

Coordinate with the sales, production, and installation teams regarding payments.

Maintain accurate financial records for each kitchen project.
