Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Location: Current Delhi (Greater Kailash)
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Ensure effective HR operations, HRMS management, employee records and HR analytics reporting.
Oversee compensation, benefits, rewards and annual salary review processes.
Lead employee engagement, retention, wellness and recognition initiatives.
Build solid talent pipelines for corporate and project/site functions.
Drive performance management processes and foster a high-performance culture.
Identify organizational training needs and implement learning, leadership development and upskilling programs.
Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, grievances and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive, inclusive and employee-centric workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws,



statutory requirements, company policies and POSH regulations.
Support audits, legal matters and HR governance initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience and experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure or related industries preferred.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, talent management and organizational development.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and conflict resolution skills.
