About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of TallyPrime to manage day-to-day accounting and financial documentation.
The candidate should be comfortable independently handling routine accounting activities and coordinating with management.
Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts in TallyPrime
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations
Conduct customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations
Maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting accounting records
Handle GST-related accounting and reconciliation
Handle TDS-related entries and documentation
Assist with monthly and year-end account closing
Coordinate with CA and auditors for taxation, GST, TDS and audit requirements
Prepare basic accounting reports and MIS for management
Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of financial records
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Solid practical knowledge of TallyPrime
Positive understanding of GST and TDS
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting work
B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification preferred
Experience in FMCG, food processing, manufacturing or distribution will be an advantage.
