Maintain daily accounting entries, cash book, purchase/sales bills, and vendor/customer ledgers.
Handle stock management of fabrics, trims, accessories, packing materials, and finished garments.
Maintain material inward/outward records and issue materials to production against authorized requisitions.
Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and material quantities.
Maintain stock registers and conduct regular physical stock verification.
Track material consumption, wastage, and finished-goods inventory.
Manage petty cash, payment/receipt records, and bank reconciliation.
Maintain GST-related documents and coordinate with the CA as required.
Prepare daily accounting and stock reports for management.
