Work Profile:
Acting as a single point of contact for enrolled students, handling their queries and providing them the resolution within a stipulated time.
Working on student engagement, being in regular contact with the students, inspiring them, and encouraging them to complete the program.
Handling student orientation, briefing recent students about the program journey, deliverables, processes, and making them familiar with the program outline.
Creating a positive impact of organization with the students by regular interaction, taking feedback from them,
suggesting necessary alterations to the concerned department for enhancing the student learning experience.
Collecting the testimonials (video and written) of the students about their experience, journey, and key takeaways.
Working closely with associate partners and taking care of end-to-end operations related to them.
Examination calendar preparation of all students.

Key Requirements:
Solid interpersonal skills, communication skills, and people management skills.
Should be a positive thinker, motivated team player with the right attitude.
Prior experience of 4+ years into education, worked around student management, academic operations, and similar.
Graduation in any stream. Post-graduation would be an advantage
