We are looking Account Executive for Goregaon east location.
Position - Account Executive
Experience - 2 to 4 yrs
Salary - 18k to 22k location Goregaon East
Record incoming orders (from clients/buyers)
Track outgoing orders/dispatches
Maintain order status (pending, in-process, dispatched, delivered)
Excel/Data Entry
Update order register, stock movement, client order history
Maintain MIS/tracking sheets for follow-ups
Billing (Tally)
Generate sales invoices/bills in Tally
Maintain basic accounting entries related to sales
Possibly handle GST-related invoice details
Sample Coordination
Prepare and dispatch fabric samples to prospective clients
Maintain a sample register (what was sent, to whom, when, follow-up status)
Office Administration - Handle courier/dispatch coordination
Manage stationery, office supplies, vendor coordination
General clerical/admin support (calls, filing, correspondence)
