Objectives of this role
Represent the companys Engineering products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
Time management and utilization, meeting deadlines & stretch capability to ensure that there is no idle time. Time should be either utilized on customer-related activities or for research & development.
Manage customer relationships and work with sales for getting recurring business and customer satisfaction.
Identify the best practices for refining the company’s customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
Establish ability to deliver Industry Specific Technical Presentations for each category of the customers - AEC Industry (Building, Structure, MEP & Infra) and developing capabilities to position different products through a presentation.
Acquiring all required technical certifications for the products/solutions being offered and learning new products from time to time.
Building up a thorough understanding/learning of the Autodesk products like Revit, Navisworks Mange,
civil 3D, infra works, Autodesk BIM 360 & Bluebeam etc. and best practices being followed
Provide necessary technical & application support resolution to client and seek feedback after every technical support.
Work with key customers to get customer success stories / appreciation letters.
Conducting demo/webinar regularly across various topics related to the Products Portfolio we have in AEC.
Required skills and qualifications.
4 or more years of experience in application engineer role, design engineer role with valuable track record. Expertise in products like Revit, Navisworks Manage, Civil3d, Autodesk BIM 360, Bluebeam etc.
Robust communication skills via phone and email
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Strong desire and ability to move up within an organization.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience
Experience as an application engineer role, with a track record of achieving customer success.
Expertise on Autodesk manufacturing products is preferred.
Proficiency in MS office tools
Positive presentation skills
