Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year International Voice Process experience – Mandatory
1–3 years total experience ONLY
Excellent English & verbal communication skills
Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support setting
Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
Comfortable working from office
Candidates within approximately 30 km of the respective office location are preferred

Key Responsibilities




Handle customer interactions through International Voice Process.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, requests and escalations.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Follow SOPs, quality standards, company policies and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate customer interaction documentation.
Meet quality, productivity, AHT, CSAT and process KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams wherever required.

Screening Note: Domestic Voice/BPO, Non-Voice, Chat, Email or Back-office experience alone will not be considered. Candidates must have minimum 1 year International Voice Process experience.

Pay: Up to ₹56,000.00 per month
