HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end HR Operations and ensure seamless execution of HR BAU activities.
Handle the complete employee lifecycle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, employee movements, HR documentation, payroll inputs and exits.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
Drive adherence to defined HR processes, policies and SLAs.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Employee Engagement
Support and drive employee engagement initiatives and HR interventions.
Coordinate engagement activities, employee connect programs and HR campaigns.
Identify employee experience gaps and recommend initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
