Designation : Assistant / Deputy Medical Superintendent
Qualification : MBBS + MHA/MBA
Experience : Minimum 5 Years in Administrative Role
Key Responsibilities
Assist in overall hospital administration and management.
Supervise Medical Officer and paramedical staff.
Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
Monitor hospital services, hygiene, and infection control.
Coordinate emergency services and resolve patient grievances.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory regulations.
Monitor medical supplies, equipment, and hospital resources.
Maintain records, reports, and departmental performance.
Support staff duty allocation and performance monitoring.
Assist in quality improvement and accreditation activities.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
