Job Summary

Vikas Rubbers is looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Production Supervisor to support daily production activities, supervise workers, monitor production targets, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily production activities.
Monitor production targets, quality and productivity.
Coordinate and allocate work among production workers.
Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
Monitor production processes and report issues promptly.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company standards.
Maintain production records and reports.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and other departments.
Support the Production Supervisor in smooth shop-floor operations.
Maintain discipline, housekeeping and proper workflow.





Qualification
Degree in Polymer Technology, B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or a related field.
Experience in the rubber/polymer manufacturing field is preferred.
Candidates with relevant production experience will be given preference.

Experience: Experience in the same field preferred. Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
