Education:
Any Graduate
Diploma / Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience:
10 to 12 years of experience in Export & Domestic Logistics
Mandatory experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Project-based industry

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end export and domestic logistics operations, including vehicle placement, dispatch planning, and shipment execution.
Coordinate with production, transporters, freight forwarders, CHA, and customers for timely dispatches.
Manage packing details, container stuffing, carting, and shipment scheduling for SEA/AIR shipments.
Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, COO, FORM AI, SAFTA, etc.
Ensure customs clearance compliance and resolve issues such as EGM errors and documentation discrepancies.
Track shipments,



monitor delivery status, and maintain shipment records in SAP SD module.
Handle freight rate negotiations, forwarder billing verification, and customer invoicing (including project customers).
Support project-based shipments, re-imports, audit requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
