After Sales Manager
Location: Mohali
Key Responsibilities: This is a up-to-date, execution-heavy role. You will run field operations through our company app/CRM, ensuring technician attendance, site visits, service reports, and closures are captured in real time.
The goal is easy: no complaint should remain unattended or poorly documented, and no deductions should happen due to missed timelines, missing attendance, or incomplete portal compliance.
Ideal Experience: 4 to 5 years in technical customer service, maintenance, or after-sales operations within the heavy engineering, automotive, or railway component sector.
Salary Package: 8 LPA Negotiable based on experience
