Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and taxation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Manage GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Maintain general ledger and prepare trial balance.
Support the preparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors,



and internal departments.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and statutory records.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of accounting principles, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Experience with invoicing, ledger maintenance, and general accounting.
Valuable analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience with GST return filing and TDS returns.
Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bills.
