We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day billing, commercial documentation, order processing, and coordination with various departments. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of invoicing, purchase orders, packing slips, e-way bills, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Generate customer invoices and packing slips accurately.
Prepare and update pick lists as per order requirements.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales POs.
Prepare and maintain PT files as per company requirements.
Generate e-way bills and other dispatch-related documents.
Verify party names, order details, quantities, product descriptions, and rates before generating documents.
Maintain proper records of invoices, POs, packing slips, pick lists, and other commercial documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Production, and Dispatch teams.
Handle billing and documentation for multiple customers and orders.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily documentation.




Maintain daily work records and reports.
Support the accounts team with routine accounting and documentation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Billing, Commercial Documentation, or Sales Coordination.
Good knowledge of invoicing, packing slips, POs, and pick lists.
Experience in e-way bill generation is preferred.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of ERP, billing, or inventory software is an advantage.
Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Candidates with experience in the garments or apparel industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
