Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
CA Inter preferred (not mandatory)
Knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations
Experience
2–5 years of accounting experience
Experience in handling manufacturing, trading, or agricultural businesses preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Tally Prime
Positive knowledge of GST filing
TDS calculation and filing
Income Tax compliance
Bank reconciliation
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
E-invoicing and E-way bill generation
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Accounts payable and receivable management
Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
Inventory accounting
Payroll support
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities
MIS reporting to management
