Position Overview

Experienced Analyser Engineer / Technician for maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of Process Analysers & Gas Chromatographs (GC), with expertise in instrumentation, sampling systems, documentation, and HSE practices.

Qualification & Experience
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electronics
3–5 years in GC/Process/Stack Analysers
Experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, chemical, polyester industries preferred

Key Responsibilities
Preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning of GC & analysers.
Knowledge of 5 analyser types –

Gas Chromatographs, pH/Conductivity/DO,

Sodium/Silica,

Moisture, Oxygen, Density,

IR/Hydrocarbon, SOx/NOx, H₂, Combustible Gas
Familiarity with sampling systems, tube fittings,



secure cylinder handling, tools, and field troubleshooting.
Adherence to HSE policies, PPE use, risk assessment, hazardous area compliance, and documentation.

Language Requirements The candidate can read and write English, and read, speak, and write Hindi/Marathi/regional languages.

Preferred Industry Experience

Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Polyester, and other similar process industries.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: Negotiable as per experience

Overtime: paid separately, if applicable

Accommodation: shared bachelor accommodation

Candidate: 2 candidates with relevant hands-on experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
