Position Overview The Assembly Operator is responsible for performing hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly operations across the electric vehicle production line.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble EV parts like motor, battery, chassis, and wheels according to line instructions.
Fit and plug in electrical wires, clips, and cable connectors properly.
Tighten bolts and nuts using manual wrenches, pneumatic guns, and torque tools.
Check each part for scratches, loose fittings, missing screws, or damages before fitting.
Lift and place parts safely on the line by hand or using lifting hoists.
Report wrong, broken, or defective parts immediately to the line leader.




Follow all factory safety rules and wear required gear like safety shoes, gloves, and glasses.
Keep the work area clean, tidy, and free of waste tools or wires.
Complete the assigned assembly tasks within the required shift target time.

Qualification
Education: 10th / 12th Pass, ITI (Any Trade), Diploma, or Any Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers eligible; prior experience in automobile, EV, electronics, or machine assembly preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
