Roles and Responsibilities
Manage IT asset inventory, including hardware assets such as laptops, desktops, printers, etc.
Coordinate with vendors for recent laptop deployments and ensure timely delivery of devices to employees.
Conduct regular audits to identify missing or stolen assets and take necessary actions to recover them.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding asset management, security, and maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate records of all asset transactions, including purchases, disposals, and maintenance activities.
