Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Technology team member who will primarily support and monitor our payment products and transaction-processing systems.

The role requires strong ownership, continuous monitoring of applications and transactions, quick identification of issues, and coordination with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor payment products, applications, transaction flows, alerts, and system health.
Investigate and debug issues across applications, APIs, logs, databases, and microservices.
Take ownership of production issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor failures, identify root causes, perform basic fixes, and escalate critical issues when required.
Support payment systems in rotational shifts with proper incident tracking and shift handover.




Develop a robust understanding of end-to-end payment transaction processing.

Required Skills
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Basic programming knowledge.
Basic understanding of Node.js / JavaScript.
Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Good to Have
Exposure to AWS / Cloud services.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and dashboards.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Git/version control.
Basic knowledge of payment processing, payment gateways, switches, card transactions, or transaction lifecycle.

Qualification
BE / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
