Job Role:

Jothydev's Diabetes Hospital & Research Centre is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support the Finance & Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a rapid-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Verify bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
Assist with payroll-related accounting activities when required.
Generate financial reports and MIS reports as directed.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.




Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally ERP/TallyPrime or similar ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
