Key Responsibilities
Review architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and landscape drawings, plans, and layouts.
Review architect approvals and assist in design development and project coordination.
Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and project teams.
Review drawings and ensure accuracy as per project requirements.
Assist in preparing working and submission drawings.
Coordinate with site teams for drawing-related clarifications.
Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architecture, real estate, or construction.
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
