Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Accounts skilled for Avon Solutions (a UDS Group company) to manage and drive accounting operations independently. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely financial reporting, and supporting overall finance and compliance requirements. The role demands solid technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank, ledger and account reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.




Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors and external stakeholders.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them independently.
Support management with financial data and analysis.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Good hands-on experience in accounting operations.
Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
