We are looking for a dynamic and experienced qualified to join our team as AVP – Sales & Marketing. This is a leadership role suited for candidates with a robust background in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and shaping strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
Identify recent market opportunities and build strong client relationships
Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior sales & marketing role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
Prior experience in the hospitality or finance industry is preferred
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
