Drive business growth through open market sourcing and achieve business targets in assigned area.
Lead, mentor and monitor cluster managers and sales teams to maximize productivity.
Develop market penetration strategies and strengthen customer acquisition.
Monitor business performance, disbursements and portfolio quality.
Ensure adherence to credit policy, operational processes and compliance standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline with experience in Micro Mortgage or MLAP.
Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales.
