Key Responsibilities
Design and run daily learning experiences focused on foundational math (number sense, patterns, logic, problem-solving), early literacy (phonics, reading fluency, storytelling), and hands-on activities (manipulatives, building, making).
Work with small groups (1–6 children), providing individual attention.
Observe children closely, record observations, and adapt the pace, methods, and materials accordingly.
Create and iterate on learning materials, activities, and routines.

Requirements
Prior teaching experience with young children in an early-years or preschool setting (reputed preschool experience is an added advantage).
Robust communication skills.
Deep respect for a child’s autonomy, curiosity, and natural learning rhythm.
Robust intuition for how young children learn.
Ability to execute daily routines while thinking structurally and flexibly about learning design.
Warm, grounded presence with high patience and emotional intelligence.
