Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bank Loan Coordinator to facilitate and manage the end-to-end loan process. The role involves liaising between clients, banks, and internal departments to ensure timely and effective processing of home loans, business loans, LAP, working capital and real estate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with banks/NBFCs/AIFs to process and follow up on loan applications.

· Guide clients on required documentation and ensure accurate collection.

· Prepare and verify loan files for completeness before submission.

· Track application progress and resolve queries with bank relationship managers.

· Ensure compliance with bank norms and internal procedures.

· Maintain MIS reports of loan applications, sanctions, and disbursements.

· Coordinate legal, technical, and valuation reports as per bank requirements.

· Assist in comparing offers across institutions to optimize client solutions.





· Communicate approval status and support in post-sanction documentation and disbursement.

· Maintain solid relationships with bankers and internal sales/credit teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· BCom, BAF, MCom or any other commerce or banking graduate.

· MBA in Finance, CA, Inter-CA, ACCA, CFA, FRM or any other relevant qualified (preferred).

· Prior experience in loan coordination, banking, NBFC, or DSA operations preferred.

· Positive understanding of retail loan products like home loans, LAP, personal loans, working capital, real estate finance, etc.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
