Role & responsibilities
Review and compare hotel pricing information from partner feeds with prices available on booking websites.
Identify match/mismatch cases based on pricing accuracy.
Verify base rates, taxes, fees, number of adults, itinerary details and stay duration.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned daily work.
Identify and escalate discrepancies and priority issues.
Follow defined processes, system updates and quality guidelines.
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while handling large volumes of data.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any stream.
Freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience can apply.
Good logical reasoning and basic arithmetic/percentage calculation skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.




Basic written English and email-writing skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, adaptable and team-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
Must be flexible to work in 247 rotational shifts.
Candidates from Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida and Faridabad preferred.
