This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring product specifications with architects and consultants, managing key accounts, and converting specified projects into successful orders. The position requires a strategic mindset, solid industry relationships, and hands-on execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
Own and achieve regional sales targets for assigned territory
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage key customers including developers, contractors, faade consultants, and fabricators.
Lead negotiations for high-value projects and long-term accounts.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to commercial policies.
Establish and strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, and design firms.
Ensure DPI Daylighting products are specified in tenders, BOQs, and design documents.
Track specified projects and drive conversion from specification to order.
Identify and track upcoming infrastructure, commercial, and institutional projects.
Manage end to end sales from lead generation to closure.
Ensure accurate forecasting, Zoho CRM updates, and MIS reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or relevant discipline.
Core Skills:
Robust leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Deep understanding of project sales and specification cycles.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
