Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular physical stock audits of fabrics, garments, raw materials, accessories, and finished products.
Verify physical stock against system records, stock registers, and production records.
Identify stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies.
Audit the movement of materials from purchase → production → finishing → warehouse/showroom.
Check material consumption against production requirements and records.
Verify inward and outward stock transactions and supporting documents.
Monitor wastage, production loss, and material usage.
Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, and Showroom teams to resolve stock differences.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock audit and discrepancy reports.
Ensure proper documentation and control of stock movements.
Conduct surprise stock checks when required.
Highlight irregularities or stock-related issues to management.




Follow up on corrective actions and ensure discrepancies are resolved.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in stock audit, inventory control, production audit, or warehouse operations.
Experience in textile, garment, or retail showroom is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory/ERP software.
Good understanding of textile materials, production processes, and stock movement.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and conduct physical stock verification.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
