We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0–5 years of experience. Freshers with positive communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new customers for interior projects.
Contact homeowners, builders, architects and other potential clients.
Understand client requirements, budget and design preferences.
Explain interior design, furniture, renovation and construction services.
Coordinate with the design team for concepts, drawings and quotations.
Arrange client meetings and site visits.
Follow up with clients and support project conversion.
Maintain lead and customer records.
Requirements
B.E.
Civil
Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering
B.E.
Mechanical
Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
0–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid willingness to learn sales and business development.
Basic negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.
Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance.
