We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on – AM Talent Acquisition(Talent Acquisition (Technology/AI Hiring) to manage end-to-end hiring . This role will require close collaboration with business leaders to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of technology roles including Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Architecture.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Hiring Ownership:
Build robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and market mapping.

Expertise
Understand functional nuances and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessments, and interview processes.
Stay updated on evolving tech stacks and source talent accordingly.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver timely closures.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:




Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Represent the CRISIL brand effectively in all candidate interactions.
Process & Systems Management:
Utilize ATS and sourcing tools effectively to manage workflows, candidate data, and reporting.
Maintain recruitment SLAs, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance in all hiring actions.

Qualifications & Skills:
9+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile workplace with multiple parallel hiring mandates
