Policy Care India is a dedicated Pan-India platform providing support and assistance for customers' existing insurance policies. We help customers manage policy records, premium reminders, documentation, nominee updates, and claim-process guidance. We do not sell insurance policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads through calling, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Connect with potential customers and explain the company's services.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly registration targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into registrations.
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and completed registrations.
Explore new markets and expand the customer base across India.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience:
Ex-insurance employees and candidates with insurance-sector experience are preferred.
Freshers may also apply.
Good communication, client-handling, and convincing skills.
Ability to achieve business and registration targets.
